Trainee Guide Printing
- If trying to print-out a Trainee Guide (Course Level) or at the Module, Lesson or Section level (Sheets) the numbering will be determined by the level you have selected.
- If your printing out of AIM Central Site, please note the following considerations:
- This is a virtual server, when your saving files please note the location of those files (normally it will say C$ on 'Client' (V Drive)), then select users, your name, desktop (or any other location you choose to save the file).
- Files will default to Microsoft Word, you CANNOT save this file at this time as a *.DOC file. You must save it as a *.PDF file. If your TG sheet opens up and you see a blue URL link (i.e.. under Information as an example) then you saved the TG wrong.
- Once the file is in PDF, you can use numerous tools to convert it back to Word. CAUTION: Configuration Control of files and change control of documents will become a huge problem if those changes are not accomplished in LO Module and re-saved / re-printed.
